If you would like to return any of the items/products in your order , then kindly contact us by emailing us at -
Products/Items returned must be in re-saleable format – i.e. wine, beer, spirit or RTD packaging unbroken from original format and not damaged in any way. We will then arrange either a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 48hours of receipt of goods.
All returns to base (Thirsty Liquor Porirua) will be charged at $2 each item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them. Please check all items carefully upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement. We would need proof of the damage and the damaged stock sent back to us for a replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 2 to 5 working days.
It will be charged at Standard delivery rates + $2each item
If you haven't made the payment yet and want to cancel the order there will be no charges. If you order has been paid for but hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse you can request for a refund and we will credit your refund in accordance to our refunds policy.
Once your product has been dispatched then you will be charged for the delivery charges of $14 and restocking fee of $8 and a refund will be processed once we receive the goods back in original condition. You will be responsible for returning the goods and paying for the freight.
